These Terms describe your relationship with MonteurVind ("we", "our", "us"). They apply to visitors, registered users, businesses, and anyone using our services. This page is for general information and is not legal advice.

1. What MonteurVind Is

MonteurVind helps people discover garages, request appointments, review quotes, follow appointment progress, and where available, use payment options linked to an appointment. The garage remains responsible for the services it offers, the accuracy of its quote, the quality of the work, and the customer relationship.

2. Payments

MonteurVind may make online payment options available for certain appointments. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Mollie. MonteurVind does not store card details. If "pay at garage" is offered, payment is handled directly between the customer and the garage at the garage location.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, refunds, invoice questions, service disputes, and warranty questions must be handled with the garage that performed or agreed to perform the work. MonteurVind may help route information between the customer and the garage, but is not responsible for the garage's work or final service outcome.

3. Using Our Site

• Do not misuse the site, including spam, scraping, or attempts to break security.
• Do not publish unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Respect others' rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
• Only submit accurate information you have the right to share.

4. Business Listings

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, opening hours, services, prices, appointment responses, and contact details. Listings may be edited, temporarily hidden, or removed if they violate these Terms or applicable law. We may ask for verification documents at any time to help keep listings trustworthy.

5. Reviews and User Content

Users may post reviews or other content where enabled. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, spam, or conflicts of interest, at our discretion. We are not responsible for statements made by users.

6. No Warranty on Information

Information on MonteurVind may come from third parties, garages, users, or public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings, hours, prices, availability, or appointment information are correct or up to date. Please verify important details directly with the garage before acting on them.

7. No Mechanical Service Provider Role

MonteurVind does not perform mechanical services and does not provide professional mechanical advice. Garages are independent businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, diagnosis, repair, or outcome of services provided by any garage listed or used through MonteurVind.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time. Features and content can change without notice as we improve the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted here and applies upon publication.

9. Intellectual Property

The MonteurVind brand, design, and code are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the site except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Business logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-Party Links and Providers

Our site may link to or use third-party services, including garage websites, map providers, email providers, and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or systems. Use them at your own discretion and according to their terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonteurVind and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes should first be brought to our attention so we can try to resolve them informally.
