We do not provide mechanical services, professional advice, or dispute resolution. We are not a party to agreements between customers and garages and we are not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, or outcome of services provided by any business listed on MonteurVind.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site at any time. Features and content can change without notice as we improve the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will be posted here and applies upon publication.

8. Intellectual Property

The MonteurVind brand, design, and code are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the site except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Business logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners.
