Terms of Use

These Terms apply to visitors, drivers, registered users, garages, and anyone using MonteurVind. By using MonteurVind, creating an account, registering a garage, requesting an appointment, accepting a quote, or using a payment option, you agree to these Terms.

2. What MonteurVind is

MonteurVind helps people discover garages, request appointments, review quotes, follow appointment progress, approve additional work, and use payment options where available. Garages are independent businesses. MonteurVind does not perform garage services and does not provide mechanical advice.

3. Garage responsibility

The garage is responsible for the services it offers, its profile information, opening hours, prices, quote accuracy, diagnosis, repair work, service quality, warranty, customer communication, and legal obligations connected to the garage service. MonteurVind may provide structure, status visibility, reminders, and payment tooling, but the garage remains responsible for the actual automotive work.

4. Appointment requests and quotes

A request is not a final appointment until the garage sends a quote and the customer accepts it. The garage may decline a request. A quoted appointment may include a scheduled time, price breakdown, notes, and a quote expiry time. If the garage finds extra work during a visit, the customer may be asked to approve or decline that extra work before it is performed.

5. Online appointment payments

MonteurVind may make online payment options available for certain appointments. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Mollie. MonteurVind does not store card details or online banking credentials. The payment page or bank statement may show MonteurVind or MonteurVind via Mollie as the payment name.

Unless a garage offers a pay-at-garage option, online payment may be required before an appointment can be completed or before the vehicle is collected. Payment status in MonteurVind is based on the status reported by the payment provider.

6. Appointment refunds, disputes, and warranty

Refunds, invoice questions, service complaints, warranty issues, and disputes about garage work must first be handled with the garage that performed or agreed to perform the work. MonteurVind can help route payment or appointment information between the customer and the garage, but MonteurVind is not responsible for the garage's work or final service outcome.

If an online payment was made through MonteurVind, MonteurVind may process or help process a payment-provider refund where this is required by law, required by the payment provider, authorized by the garage, or necessary to correct a clear payment error. Payment method fees, timing, and availability may depend on the payment provider and the status of the payment.

7. Business plans

Garages may use a Free, Plus, Pro, or other business plan where available. Paid plans activate only after the payment provider confirms payment. Paid plans are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. During launch, paid plans do not renew automatically.

Free and Plus plans may include the first 20 completed MonteurVind appointments per calendar month without a MonteurVind success fee. After the included monthly appointments, the plan-specific success fee may apply to completed MonteurVind appointments. The exact plan rules shown on the plans page, dashboard, or written offer apply.

8. Paid plan refunds

A garage may request a refund for a paid MonteurVind plan within 30 days after purchase by contacting support@monteurvind.nl. If a refund is granted, the paid plan can be downgraded, paid features can be disabled, and promotional or guarantee rights connected to that paid plan can be cancelled. We may refuse a refund in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unlawful activity, or a clear breach of these Terms.

9. Pro launch offers and guarantee credit

MonteurVind may offer limited launch promotions, including a Pro plan promotional price for a limited number of garages per city. Eligibility may depend on the city in the garage profile, payment time, garage verification, and availability of the promotion. A promotional offer is not guaranteed until it is shown in the checkout or confirmed by MonteurVind in writing.

Where the Pro completed-appointment credit guarantee applies, the maximum credit is limited to the amount actually paid for the Pro plan. The guarantee target is 100 successfully completed MonteurVind appointments during the applicable plan period, unless a written offer states otherwise.

10. Using MonteurVind

• Do not misuse the site, including spam, scraping, fraud, or attempts to break security.
• Do not publish unlawful, offensive, misleading, fake, or irrelevant content.
• Only submit accurate information you have the right to share.
• Respect privacy, intellectual property, and the rights of others.

11. Business listings

Business owners are responsible for keeping their garage profile accurate and up to date. Listings may be edited, temporarily hidden, suspended, or removed if they are inaccurate, inactive, unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these Terms. We may ask for verification information where needed to keep the platform trustworthy.

12. Reviews and user content

Users may post reviews or other content where enabled. By posting content, you grant MonteurVind a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content on the platform. We may remove content that appears unlawful, abusive, spam-like, irrelevant, misleading, or affected by a conflict of interest.

13. Third-party services

MonteurVind may use or link to third-party services, including garages, map providers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, and payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, terms, or policies.

14. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Availability and changes

MonteurVind may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We may update these Terms when the platform, law, payment setup, or business model changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonteurVind and its operator are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or damage caused by garages, users, third-party services, incorrect listing information, or outages outside our reasonable control.

17. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you have a complaint or legal question, contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
